Beta terms
Rocket City Music is a beta platform. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed, or removed, and beta data may contain errors. Use the service with that understanding.
Agreement and age / guardian consent
By using Rocket City Music, you agree to these Terms. You represent that you are old enough in your jurisdiction to consent to and enter into these Terms, or that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and consents to your use of the platform and agrees to them on your behalf.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to violate law, impersonate others, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, harass others, or publish content you do not have the right to share.
Beta service; no warranty
The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis for beta testing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket City Music disclaims warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
Assumption of risk and hold harmless
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume the risks of using this beta platform and agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rocket City Music and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, and contractors from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms. This provision does not waive rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
Content and accounts
You are responsible for information and content you submit. We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, maintain the service, or enforce these Terms.
Changes
Because Rocket City Music is in beta, these Terms may be updated as the platform develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
